Use new wings developed based on aeronautical engineering. Except for strong wind, the number of rotations is less than 300rpm, making almost no noise.
Also, since it has no driving units, no mechanical noise

2. Generator

In case of less than 3kW, the windmill and the generator rotate all together, and in case of 5kW, only windmill rotates but the generator is fixed.

3. Charge ? Discharge Controller
Charge?Discharge controller is designed to produce maximum performance out of generators and batteries. After converting AC generated from the generator into DC, effectively store the DC in the battery. This controller can be applied up to 7 batteries.

4. Battery
Along with the charge?discharge controller, effectively accumulate the electricity without loss and offering it in a stable way.

5. Dump Resistor
While the windmill is rotating, CYGNUS¡¯s products accumulate the electricity into the battery continuously. When the battery is fully charged, the sensor is activated to turn the dump resistor on automatically in order to protect the battery.

6. Installation Poles
We do not use same poles because installation locations and methods are different depending on the customers¡¯ requirements. CYGNUS provides various types of installation solutions for flatlands, rooftop of buildings, coastal areas, mountainous areas and others. CYGNUS products are designed to perfectly work no matter what the weather conditions are in the installation locations based on the wind state, wind pressure load calculations.


7. Brake
No need to stop the product in the strong wind but in case of emergency or maintenance, use the brake to stop the machine.

8. Change over switch of commercial electricity
In general, the electricity accumulated in DC 12V battery is applied by an inverter to raise the voltage up to 220V or 380V for general electronic devices. e.g. when there is no wind and you use an electronic device and if the amount of electricity you use is over the battery capacity, the charge?discharge

If the wind rises again and the battery is fully recharged, the sensor will be activated again to switch over the power to the battery back.
